This is a match play tournament. $150.00 Entry Fee (Fee covers qualifying round/practice green fee, green fees, carts and tee gifts.  Lunch will be provided on Friday & Saturday.)

Entry Deadline is 5:00 PM Wednesday, June 12, 2019.

Qualifying for the City Am can be done two ways:

1. Amateurs wanting to play in the Championship Flight may qualify by finishing in the top 15 from the (first round) Medal Play Tournament on April 27 & 28 (at Querbes).

2. And / Or qualify on the set Qualifying days of June 8 or 9.
