Querbes Grille, located at the historic Querbes Golf Course, is seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team. This position plays a key role in providing a positive experience for all guests, both on and off the course.
Key Responsibilities:
Take guest orders, serve food, and ensure customer satisfaction
Pour mixed drinks and serve beer
Operate and stock the beverage cart for on-course service
Share cleaning and dishwashing duties with team members
Follow supervisor instructions and perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
Must have a current ABO (Alcohol Beverage Operator) and RV (Responsible Vendor) card for the City of Shreveport
Open availability, including weekends and holidays
Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow direction
Work Environment: This role is based at the scenic Querbes Golf Course and offers a unique opportunity to work in a friendly, active, and golf-centered setting.

Querbes Grille is looking for a motivated and dependable Kitchen Assistant/Line Cook to join our team! Located at the beautiful Querbes Golf Course, our grille serves golfers and guests alike with fresh, delicious meals in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Position Overview:
The Kitchen Assistant/Line Cook will be responsible for supporting kitchen operations, assisting with meal preparation and cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This individual must be able to work independently on Saturdays and be a team player throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities:
Prep food items
Assist with cooking and food service during
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
